We are primary healthcare practitioners. You do not require a referral for private consultations.
Do you treat babies and the elderly?
Absolutely! The techniques chosen are gentle and safe. If you have any further queries please do contact us here.
Is Osteopathy covered by private health insurance?
Most health funds do cover osteopathy if you have extras cover. Double check with your insurance company if you are unsure. We have a hicaps machine so that you can claim instantly. All you need to pay is the gap.
Can I claim with Medicare?
Yes you can with the Medicare EPC program, but you must qualify with your GP prior to commencing.
You are allowed a maximum of 5 osteo treatments, each subsidised by $52.95. All you need to pay is the gap.
What shall I bring with me?
If you have any x-rays, scans or medical reports related to your injury please bring them along with you.
Also feel free to bring along the completed patient questionnaire located here.
What should I wear?
Comfortable loose clothing is ideal. Often we need to see the area we are assessing and treating so you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing. Feel free to bring some shorts along with you, alternatively we have gowns for you to dress into.
Do you accept DVA, workcover and TAC patients?
Yes we do, but please make sure you have contacted the appropriate organisation to obtain claim numbers and referrals. We do not bulk bill for TAC and workcover patients.
